I ordered my Dell x51v 4 days ago, and got a tracking number for the shipment. Tracking the shipment online I could see that they had been to deliver the item at 10 am on a Thursday and since I was not home they would try again at the same time the following day. Since I am working (normal hours Mon-Fri) I called the courier up and explained the situation but they could not deliever at any other time. They gave me the option to collect at their depot, but since I am working I can still not get there during their business hours. I called Dell to ask them what they could do, and their answer was..NOTHING!
So unfortunately I had to cancel the order since they were not able to deliver the item to me.
So if you are working between 9-5 Monday to Friday, do not bother ordering anything from Dell since they will not be able to deliver it to you.
Summary
If you are working normal office hours, do not order from Dell since the will have your item delivered out of office hours, and hence you won't get the product that you ordered.
