Rating   1 / 5 Comment Absolutely one of the WORST online/auction retail experiences I have ever had. They sold me a used, resealed game, with a crumpled manual as new and then refused to accept a return on the item stating that "All Sales are Final" on software. I have no problem with sales being final, if I received what I ordered. I ordered a new, factory sealed game. Had I received that, I would have been perfectly happy--instead I received a resealed piece of garbage. I contacted them by e-mail three times, by phone twice, and they simply respond that there is nothing they can do because they have too many monthly orders. Without a doubt I will never shop from them again, and I would advise ANYONE TO THINK TWICE before bidding on something they're selling, buying something from them, or even uttering their name without first realizing what a 2nd rate business they truly are. It is too bad that it had to end up like this, all I wanted was my money back, but instead I'm dealing with incompetence, rudeness, and LIES. A dishonest seller who's word isn't good.

Rating   5 / 5 Comment Part of order was inadvertently omitted, but Overstock was quick to make good on the deal, and then some. They went out of their way to please the customer. I do not like the inconvenience of having to use their online system to contact them, but this would not keep me away. Their email response to my issue was a bit delayed, but they had already acted upon it quite promptly. I am pleased w/ the overall experience, more than pleased w/ the final outcome, and would indeed recommend OverStock Dealz to others.

Rating   4 / 5 Comment Shipping was outrageous but order was delivered a day ahead of schedule, (only 2 days) which might help to justify the high price, $24 for a 4lb box. Everything was in Brand New condition, even the open box items. I did get shorted 2 items (fortunely they didn't charge me for them) and one of those was the only reason I bought anything from them, it was a Fellowes Monitor Riser. They didn't let me know that they were out of them until after they charged my Credit Card and shipped the order. Because if they had told me I would have canceled the whole order. They have absolutely no customer service, if you can get someone to answer, alls they do is transfer you to a recording. Emails are answered by a retard that has no idea what you ordered or any intention of helping. They do have some good deals on alot of items. I will buy from again.

It appears that all I needed to do to make it perfect was to find a couple of working base units. Other than that I was receiving what for all intentions were brand new in the box units that needed to find a home of there own. TY very much! When everything is said & done I hope to have put together 3 full units. One for myself & the other two for resale & everyone getting just what they need... A Great Deal!

Rating   1 / 5 Comment THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I ordered 2 X2GEN 22inch flat lcds and they sent them with the wrong AC adapter. When I contacted them about it they told me to send the whole package back for a refund of the items minus whatever I spend sending it back. So I lost money just because they are idiots. Customer service never picks up the phone!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME.

Rating   1 / 5 Comment bought a "refurb" xbox 360 wireless wheel but the shift paddle was broken off and you can see the left over crazy glue on the paddle when someone tried to repair it. missing the wire between the steering wheel and the gas/brake paddles. clearly no one "refurbed" this unit or even looked at it before it was shipped. the wheel cost $29.99 and shipping for two was $28.50!! now they won't refund the shipping and i'm responsible for the return shipping to get a $30 refund. won't recommend this seller to my worst enemy!!!

I bought a printer that was advertised as: "Item looks and functions identical to a new item, but the Original packaging has been opened". It also stated that the printer is being sold without ink. When the printer arrived and I set it up, I discovered that the printer still had the previous users dried out inkjet cartridges installed. If the sales page would have stated the truth, namely that the printer is being sold with ran-out and dried out ink, I would have gotten the hint and not purchased the item. The printer itself is/was as dusty as the inside of a computer after 3 years of usage. The printer has a lose piece of 'something' rattling around somewhere inside. The printer also has a permanent "jammed paper feeder" message. It will not let you print anything unless the paper jam has been cleared. The problem - there is no paper jam. I checked myself, and got a second opinion, and there is no paper jam. This paper jam message renders the unit useless, as it will not go into print mode until the paper jam has been solved. Returning the item via RMA requires me to pay for return shipping charges. I do not feel that I should have to pay for a fraudulently sold item’s return shipping charges, and I have tried to contact the seller. WHAT A JOKE!!! Like other negative feedback left here for this seller, I agree that this company’s web-based contacting system is useless. It does not allow for a human response. When I called the only phone number they have listed for their company, a "SALES" number, I asked the gentlemen who answered to be transferred to Customer Service, and I was connected to an answering machine within a second. The phone does not even ring at Customer Service; it goes straight to the answering machine. I have called a minimum of 6 times today during their listed working hours, and every time I called, I got their answering machine. BEWARE!!! We might be dealing with a company that is shutting down. With nothing but negative feedback left for this company over the last few weeks, in combination with nobody picking up the phone at their company, it’s a logical reason. My guess is that they are holding some kind of a “fire sale” while dismantling the company. Quick way of make some money by selling useless and defect merchandise that they would otherwise not be able to sell if their reputation would be at stake.

Rating   4 / 5 Comment The processing was fast. The bluray player I've ordered was in a good condition cosmetically and worked out of the box. The fan in the back was broken, so the unit would overheat and stop working after 30 minutes or so. I can't really hold that against the company since a quick reasonable condition test would not have made this obvious. Fortunately I was able to fix the fan so the unit seems to work fine now.

It was a rip off with shipping charges both ways.Customer service wont pick up your call ever. Your are at the mercy of Internet mailing system. Save yourserlf time and money and shop with legitimate dealers.

But when I received the package, one of the batteries was indeed not the right one. I emailed the seller, who immediately shipped another battery to me. I have to say this is the kind of service we all expect from merchants. Two thumbs up to the this vendor!

Rating   5 / 5 Comment I was a tad skeptical when ordering with this company, both due to the spelling of "deals" with a "z", and to the sketchy reviews on the parent company, ConsumerDepot. However, they had the best deal on the internet for the electronic device I wanted (A 30GB Black Zune), and let me offer my own price. They quickly accepted the price I offered, and I bought it. The device was purchased on Friday, shipped out, and arrived on Monday. Shipping was very fast, and the device was packaged well. Shipping charges seemed a little bit high, but "haggling" helped bring the pain of the shipping costs down a bit. It seems to me that whatever problems this company (or its parent company) have had in the past, seem to be fixed / fixing themselves. My experiences with OverstockDealz has been nothing but pleasant, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I certainly will be buying from them in the future.

They under-state their items dramatically and the items arrive very professionally timed, packaged, and the communication is phenomenal! Special attention was paid to keep me informed as to the status of my order from payment to shipping. The item arrived, new in the box as described in the auction, in a few days. I've written repeative emails to their customer service dept. and have gotten absolutly, no help at all. This is my worse internet expirience, ever! Probably calling Visa tomorrow and filing a dispute. I was really hoping to get a working replacement, but they don't seem too interested? Just found out the Tenn. Attorney Generals office has a pending law suit against this company. That's just great!

Listing specified NIB, which it was: new condition, fully operational, cosmetically perfect.
